    1. That day when everyone suddenly remembers their financial goals and starts acting brand new again.

    2. Dating a woman who doesn’t see that we live in a society that requires a two income household for success is a waste of time.

Dating a woman who believes it’s a man’s duty to provide for her is a waste of time.

Dating a woman who loves to talk about “money moves 🤪” with no actual education in finances is a waste of time.

Dating a woman whose world view is so twisted she can’t survive on her own, but has to depend on a man is a waste of time.

I think some women just need to grow up 🤷‍♂️

If I ever start dating at some point, I will run in the opposite direction if I notice an early fixation on money. Talking about money because you’re really into investing and budgeting yourself and want to tell me about it too is fine. Asking me how much I make, how much I will make, and what assets I have on the first date is not cool.

    4. I have an acquaintance who is beautiful and smart and black and she is adamant that her man has to “pay” her in some way for them to be together.

There is no shortage of men out there willing to foot the bill. I asked her once if she considered it sex work and she said, and I quote, “I’m not sleeping with them until marriage and I don’t think I ever want to get married”

    5. It’s just like Madonna said: Only boys that save their pennies/Make my rainy day. I’m already supporting one rusty butt boy and I’m not supporting a second so he has to have his own money. It’s like they said: I ain’t saying I’m a golddigger, but I ain’t messing with not broke, broke. Amen.
